Job Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute aggressive growth strategies for the futures business to drive regional trading volume and user acquisition.
• Source and sign top-tier crypto KOLs, YouTubers, and community leaders to establish deep rebate-sharing partnerships.
• Build a robust affiliate network and leverage existing resources to onboard high-net-worth VIP traders.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing regional BD team driven by clear KPIs.
• Monitor competitor dynamics and gather user feedback to help optimize futures products and user experience.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of CEX Business Development experience with a mandatory focus on crypto futures/derivatives.
• Proven ability to source, evaluate, and convert channel resources into measurable trading volume and revenue.
• Deep understanding of derivative trading logic, futures traffic growth strategies, and commission/rebate systems.
• Strong network in North America, United Kingdom, and Europe. 
• Strong team management mindset, negotiation skills, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English is required.
