Join an innovative global crypto platform focused on scaling its user base and commercial partnerships worldwide.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute tactical market penetration plans to drive futures trading volume and new user acquisition.
• Source, negotiate with, and onboard crypto KOLs, affiliates, and influencers for long-term partnerships.
• Identify and recruit VIP clients and high-net-worth traders to boost platform liquidity.
• Maintain strong relationships with external partners to ensure alignment with platform incentive structures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to run targeted community campaigns and gather user feedback for product optimization.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of CEX BD experience, specifically focused on crypto futures and derivatives.
• Existing strong network of crypto KOLs, affiliates, and trading communities.
• Solid understanding of derivative mechanics (leverage, funding rates) and affiliate commission models.
• Proven track record of independently negotiating and closing high-value partnership deals.
• Strong network in North America, United Kingdom, Europe. 
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken) with a highly self-driven work ethic.
