Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary legal advisor to leadership; proactively identify and mitigate organizational risks before escalation.
• Oversee drafting, negotiation, and compliance for all agreements while safeguarding trademark, patent, and copyright portfolios.
• Partner with internal compliance teams to establish robust policies and adapt seamlessly to evolving HK and global regulations.
• Direct litigation and dispute strategy in coordination with external lawyers to protect company interests.
• Mentor and manage in-house legal staff, ensuring operational excellence and continuous high performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of legal experience, including a strong background in HK and US regulatory frameworks (Fintech/Web3/Financial services highly preferred).
• Proven expertise in corporate law, commercial negotiations, and full lifecycle transaction execution, with litigation management experience as a plus.
• Demonstrated track record of leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing in-house legal teams.
• Exceptional analytical, contract drafting, and multi-project management skills with a strong capacity to drive cross-functional initiatives independently.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English, paired with spoken Mandarin capabilities for global ecosystem collaboration.
