Join an international digital asset organization dedicated to building compliant, secure operations across global markets. Reporting to CEO.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end license applications and regulatory engagements across core jurisdictions (HK, EU, US, Dubai).
• Design and deploy global compliance frameworks covering AML/CFT, KYC, and cross-border data transfer.
• Establish emergency response mechanisms and lead investigations for industry crises and regulatory inquiries.
• Build and manage the compliance team while providing legal guidance to product, risk, and tech teams.
• Draft key exchange documents (Terms of Service, Commercial Contracts) and proactively identify regulatory risks.

Job Requirements:

• Qualified Lawyer with 8+ years of legal/compliance experience, including 5+ years hands-on in Web3/CEX.
• Proven track record leading multi-jurisdictional licensing (US/EU, Dubai, HK); Responsible Officer (RO) experience is strongly preferred.
• Mastery of major crypto regulatory regimes and cross-border compliance design.
• Excellent bilingual (English & Chinese) drafting skills and proven crisis resolution capabilities.
