Product Manager

  • Barcelona, Spain
  • Full-Time
  • On-Site

Job Description:
We are hiring for a health-tech company. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager to drive core platform mechanics and deploy AI-native operational workflows across our marketplace. You will bridge complex multi-sided platform dynamics (supply, demand, liquidity, matching) with practical, production-grade AI agents that streamline real-world operations.

This is not a purely strategic desk job—you will spend significant time in direct contact with users, enterprise clients, and field operations to deeply understand friction points and design high-trust solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Agent Deployment: End-to-end ownership of defining, shipping, and optimizing AI agents for internal operations, support, and marketplace workflow automation in production.
  • Marketplace Optimization: Design incentives, matching algorithms, trust mechanisms, and liquidity models to balance supply and demand dynamics across sides of the platform.
  • Field Research & Customer Intimacy: Conduct regular field visits, user interviews, and direct sessions with enterprise customers to translate complex operational realities into actionable product specs.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with engineering, data science, and operational teams to execute complex features on tight product cycles.
  • Global / Regional Communication: Lead product discovery and user testing across Spanish-speaking markets using business-fluent Spanish.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of product management experience focused on marketplaces, platforms, or multi-sided products.
  • Production AI Experience: Proven track record of building and deploying functional AI agents into production workflows (beyond simple wrappers, prototypes, or experimental pilots).
  • Marketplace Expertise: Mastery of marketplace fundamentals—liquidity, matching, dynamic pricing/incentives, trust & safety, and supply acquisition.
  • Language Skills: Fluent Spanish (verbal and written) capable of leading field visits, enterprise discovery calls, and user interviews independently.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for getting out of the building to observe end-users, operational staff, and enterprise partners in their working environments.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Prior experience in logistics, gig economy platforms, operations-heavy service marketplaces, or B2B platforms.
  • Technical background or high comfort level reading API docs, evaluating LLM evaluation benchmarks (Evals), and designing prompt/agent logic.
  • Familiarity with SQL and product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker).
